Shipping Policy
We aim to despatch our website orders within 2 to 7 days of your order being processed, however we do not guarantee this.We ship our products with our preferred postal or courier service. Once your item is with the shipping company, unfortunately we have no control over the time it takes to get to you. We take no responsibility for items that are delayed in transit. If your item arrives damaged, you are required to notify us within 24 hrs. Please provide photographs of the damage and also the damaged packaging as we require this to lodge a claim with the courier company. If you qualify, we will replace your defective item with an identical item at no cost to you.
If your product goes missing in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you.
